We’re building a warm, learner-centered microschool rooted in curiosity, creativity, connection, and joy. If you believe education should feel deeply human and genuinely meaningful, we’d love to meet you.
Ellemercito Learning Community is an intentionally small and innovative microschool where relationships, creativity, curiosity, emotional safety, and learner voice are deeply valued.
We intentionally use the term “Guide” rather than “teacher” because we believe learning is most powerful when adults walk alongside young people — helping nurture confidence, wonder, self-expression, and a genuine love for learning.
We are looking for people who bring warmth, creativity, initiative, and strong positive energy into the spaces they lead.
Relationships are at the heart of everything we do. Students thrive when they feel emotionally safe, known, and supported.
We believe learning should spark wonder, exploration, creativity, and meaningful engagement with the world.
Creativity is not an extra — it is central to how students grow in confidence, expression, and problem solving.
We believe education should feel alive, human, inspiring, collaborative, and joyful for both learners and Guides.
We’re looking for thoughtful, emotionally attuned, mission-driven people who are excited to help build a learner-centered environment where young people genuinely love learning.
